Cancellation Policy

- To receive full credit towards a future workshop, cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the seminar date.

-  For cancellations less than 48 hours, you will receive credit toward a future workshop less a $40 cancellation fee.

- There is no credit given for no-shows or cancellations that occur less than 24 hours before the commencement of the workshop.

(Workshops cancelled by Urban Goddess)

Urban Goddess may cancel a workshop if there are not enough registrants or because of inclement weather. Registrants who have paid will be given full refunds or credit toward the rescheduled workshop. In such a case, all registrants will be notified by email or phone.
